The Practice

Strategic support across three areas: Strategic Advisory (product-market clarity, pricing, sales motion design, founder coaching), Fundraising & Exit (narratives, valuation modelling, investor targeting, M&A advisory for sub-£5m transactions), and Board & Investment (NED/chair roles, governance, personal angel investment of £25k–£150k).

Investment

Voyria only invests in founders where lived operating experience changes the outcome. Capital is the smallest part of the relationship. Personal investment in founder-led businesses in travel, hospitality, and SaaS. Ticket sizes £25k–£150k. Structures include SEIS/EIS, SAFEs, convertible notes, and equity. Often combined with advisory or board involvement. Focus on UK and Europe.

Portfolio

8 active investments across 3 sectors (Hardware/Life Sciences, Travel, Enterprise Intelligence), primarily UK-based, commonly EIS structured. Companies include Ikarovec, M Spin, PhoreMost, Wayland Additive, PsyOmics, Ski Yodl, Slerp, and Blackdot (Videris).

Vibe Coding for Hotels — Training

A hands-on, full-day in-house training programme teaching hotel teams to build internal tools with AI. New programme — launching 2025. Groups of 3–8. £350 deposit, remainder invoiced post-session.

The Principal

Frank Reeves has 25+ years building and exiting technology businesses in travel and hospitality, including co-founding Avvio (sold to SHR in 2022, later acquired by Access Group in 2024). Frank has worked with founders across travel, SaaS, and deep tech — as investor, NED, and advisor — through raises, restructures, and exits. Voyria was founded on the belief that the right partner at the right moment changes the outcome.
